PATIENCE

We live in a culture where waiting is seen as weakness. We track deliveries by the hour, expect replies in minutes, and measure progress in weeks. Patience feels like punishment. But life isn’t built on instant outcomes. Growth, healing, relationships—these move at their own pace, not ours. The real struggle is not the wait itself, but how we think about it. Impatience convinces us that nothing is happening, when in truth, much is happening quietly. A seed underground doesn’t look like progress, but roots are forming. Patience is not sitting still—it’s showing up daily, watering, trusting. You don’t rush a flower to bloom; you tend to it consistently until it does. The same applies to your own growth. When frustration builds, remind yourself: waiting is not wasted time. It’s silent construction.
