PERSPECTIVE

Today’s crisis often feels like the end of the world. A rejection letter, a lost opportunity, an argument—it fills our entire vision. But zoom out. Will this matter in five years? Perspective doesn’t erase the sting of the present, but it reframes it. You begin to see moments as chapters, not conclusions.
Think of it like looking at a map. Up close, one roadblock feels massive. Zoomed out, it’s a small detour on a much larger journey. Perspective helps you remember that no single outcome defines you. Successes and failures both fade into context over time.
Practicing perspective doesn’t mean minimising your pain. It means reminding yourself: this too shall pass. The storm may feel overwhelming, but the horizon is always bigger than the storm.
