RITUALS

Routines are boring, right? Wake up, brush teeth, coffee, commute. But rituals aren’t about monotony—they’re about stability. A small act you do every morning can anchor you, no matter the storm around. Journaling one line, brewing tea, stretching for five minutes—these aren’t productivity hacks, they’re signals to your mind: you are safe, you are steady, you are in control. Rituals give structure when emotions wobble. They don’t have to be elaborate. In fact, the simpler, the better. Done daily, they become part of your identity. You don’t “try” to meditate, you are someone who meditates. When life feels chaotic, rituals are proof that not everything is out of your hands.
